Condition: 1856 September 30th cover from ITAQUI (Brazil) to Concordia (Argentina). ITAQUI (black) mark applied at top left and 2r (Argentina) manuscript on the upper centre right . This is the ONLY piece reported with this mark. Itaqui is located at the southern border of Brazil with Argentina which was disputed for many years with Uruguay, Argentina and Paraguay. Ex.
